A woman was critically injured following a shooting in Cleveland’s Mt. Pleasant neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. near the intersection of East 139th Street and Kinsman Road, according to Cleveland EMS.
The 40-year-old victim was transported to University Hospitals, where she is receiving treatment for her injuries.
