Lakewood, Ohio — Authorities are intensifying their search for 17-year-old Madison Rich, who has been missing since August 15. Cleveland Missing is organizing a press conference for Wednesday at 11 a.m., where Madison’s family is expected to provide a new update on her disappearance.
Madison was last seen leaving her residence on August 15. The following days have seen her last known locations reported at the Express Inn on Northfield Road in Warrensville Heights on August 18. Lakewood police traced her phone to the area around the 19000 block of South Miles Road and the Lee Road/Harvard Road/Green Road intersection on August 21. However, a subsequent phone ping on August 22 yielded no results, suggesting the device may have been turned off or depleted of battery.
Madison is described as having brown or black hair, blue eyes, and stands 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds. She also has a spider web tattoo on her left arm.
Anyone with information about Madison’s whereabouts is urged to contact Lakewood police at 216-521-1234 or Detective Michael Perhacs directly at 216-529-6766.
