For the second time in a month, a building in Cleveland Heights has partially collapsed, leaving the community on high alert. The latest incident occurred Wednesday afternoon at 3952 Mayfield Road, home to businesses such as Kulture Ultra Lounge, Authentix Barber Shop & Salon, and Fraiche Brunch Bar.
According to Cleveland Heights officials, the front facade of the building suddenly gave way, spilling debris, including wood and bricks, onto the sidewalk. Fortunately, no one was injured in the collapse. Firefighters, along with building and fire inspectors, were quickly on the scene to assess the damage and ensure public safety. As a precaution, part of Mayfield Road remains blocked, causing some traffic delays in the area.
Residents and business owners are reminded of a similar event in mid-August, when The Fairmount Cocktail Bar, located near Cedar Road and Fairmount Boulevard, experienced a facade collapse after severe storms. Though the damage forced a brief closure, the bar reopened the following day.
As cleanup efforts continue on Mayfield Road, drivers are being urged to find alternative routes until the area is cleared.
Hey people!!!!!
Good mood and good luck to everyone!!!!!
