The incident unfolded around 5 p.m. when witnesses were startled to see Skye land on the windshield of a car traveling northbound on I-5. Peregrin Jones, the driver of the car, described the surreal moment: “It was so bizarre that I couldn’t really even comprehend what was happening because all of a sudden there’s a dog on the front of my car.”
Despite the initial shock, Jones acted swiftly, pulling over safely to assess the situation.
