Cleveland police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 3-year-old Zyna Hamdan, who was last seen with her mother, Amani Elalou. Authorities report that Elalou did not comply with a court order requiring her to surrender Zyna to the custody of Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.
Zyna is described as approximately 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 35 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. According to officials, she and her mother were last spotted near the 7000 block of Harvard Avenue.
