CLEVELAND — Authorities are investigating after a woman was found dead inside a vehicle on Cleveland’s east side Sunday morning.
Cleveland police responded to the 14700 block of Judson Drive around 7:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a person slumped in a car. Upon arrival, officers discovered a woman, believed to be in her 40s, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and pronounced the woman dead.
The Cleveland Police Homicide Unit has launched an investigation into the incident. Authorities have not released the woman’s identity or additional details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
