Cleveland police are searching for two individuals wanted in connection with the death of a 37-year-old man who was fatally struck by a vehicle on the city’s east side earlier this week.
The incident occurred around 7:35 p.m. Monday near the intersection of East 149th Street and Kinsman Road. According to investigators, the victim, identified as Norman Duncan, had been walking away from a dispute when the suspects entered a vehicle, drove onto the sidewalk, and allegedly struck him intentionally.


Authorities have identified the suspects as Ann Marie Clayton and Marvin Atkins. Clayton is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Atkins is 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 249 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The pair may be traveling in a 2003 gold Chevrolet Impala with tinted windows. The vehicle bears the Ohio license plate KOD2076.
