Cleveland authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl and her 9-month-old son, both last seen on the city’s east side.
According to a police statement released Sunday morning, Aireonia Wilkerson and her infant son, Da’Mari Davis, were last seen Saturday evening in the 13500 block of Glenside Road.
Wilkerson, who is currently a ward of the state, is believed to have taken her son without proper authorization and may have brought him to stay with a relative, police said. Prior to being reported missing, Da’Mari was known to be in the care of a neighbor.
Wilkerson is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, and possibly furry boots. Da’Mari is approximately 28 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
