Cleveland fire crews responded to a house fire in the Kamm’s Corners neighborhood early Friday, where three residents were hospitalized after escaping the flames.

Firefighters were called to the scene around 6:40 a.m. on the 3000 block of Warren Road. When crews arrived, the one-and-a-half-story home was already filling with smoke, and the occupants — a couple in their 70s and a man in his 40s — had managed to get out on their own.
All three were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation and were reported to be in stable condition, according to fire officials. No additional injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and officials have not yet provided an estimate of the damage. Fire investigators are expected to assess the property once it is deemed safe to enter.
Authorities have not released the identities of the residents, and no further details were immediately available.
