Cleveland police are investigating a weekend stabbing that left an 11-year-old boy hospitalized.
Officers from the Third District were called to the 1300 block of East 95th Street around 9:10 p.m. Sunday following reports of a stabbing. By the time police arrived, the boy had already been transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. His condition has not been publicly disclosed.

According to preliminary findings, the incident stemmed from an earlier fight involving a group of juveniles in the area. Police said that after the altercation ended and the group began to disperse, a female participant reportedly went into a nearby residence, returned with a knife, and stabbed the boy as he was riding his bike.
The suspect has not been identified, and no arrests have been announced. The investigation remains ongoing.
